This unusually large divider block made of PE foam is very sturdy and thick walled. SThis protects the sensitive workpieces from damage even during the heaviest impacts and vibrations.

This folding box with tuck-in and side flaps is intelligently designed and ideal for shipping and storing small to medium sized products, for example, electronic door locks. With our sustainable FORMPAPIER® solutions, products are optimally fixed and due to the strong vibration dampening of the 3D moulded pulp, the lightweight packaging is crucial for high transport protection. FORMPAPIER® consists of 100% recycled paper and is a particularly flexible material. This means that precise moulding is possible, suitable for almost all packaging requirements.

In this packaging project for CEWE, the previously used plastic tray was replaced by an extremely environmentally friendly insert made of starch and paper. The result is a sustainable calendar packaging that consists of a printable cardboard slipcase on the outside and a pure paper tray filled with confectionery on the inside. The individual packaging materials are produced in a CO₂-neutral process using paper injection molding.

PU foam is the perfect "shock absorber" for very sensitive and fragile items. The round cavities provide the necessary fixation of the packaged product. PU foam (flexible polyurethane foam) is very light, reusable and has excellent cushioning properties. PU is therefore suitable for all packaging solutions where products have to arrive at their destination undamaged.

Due to the polyethylene foam, different properties of the material (UV resistance, temperature resistance) can have a positive effect on the packaging, which is particularly desirable for reusable solutions. We offer our customers safe and customized transport carriers made of PE foam, which are ideal for precise assembly of all kinds of components.

PE foam is a soft, stretchable, open-cell foam that also boasts excellent heat retention. The polyethylene material is widely used for contoured foam inserts in delicate medical instruments and tools, as seen in this packaging sample.

Our reinpapier® brand has already been tested (ISEGA) and declared harmless, and successfully used in food applications. The flat, environmentally friendly trays and the high-quality chocolate inside are used in this packaging project for a calendar packaging with cardboard slipcase. Apart from the protective film around the chocolate, this packaging concept can be promoted to your customers as distinctly sustainable and environmentally friendly.

We develop tailor-made, reusable packaging for highly sensitive products. We typically make soft foam inlays for our transport trays in order to guarantee the best possible protection for the packaged components. Thanks to the pliability of the foam material, the packaging itself does not suffer any damage.

The containers are available in individual sizes and are very easy to handle due to the twin-wall sheet material. These packaging solutions are usually delivered flat and are quickly assembled. Twin-wall sheet containers are practical all-rounders for storing and transporting a wide variety of products. The containers can be easily equipped with appropriate foam inlays.

We use this square foam insert with lid for safe and anti-static transport of electronic components. The slots in the ESD-protected foam guarantee the safe retention of individual circuit boards. The foam inserts are ideally suited for durable, multi-use on conveyor belts.

Our electrically conductive dimpled foam inlays ensure safe ESD protection; especially suitable for linings of transport containers, as lids or other cushioning components of packaging containers. We are a technical supplier of cost-effective and robust reusable packaging made of foam materials. Foam blocks (uniform or multi-part), as shown in the picture, are contoured to precisely fit the corresponding product shapes through the use of CNC-technology. The products are therefore optimally secured in the recesses provided for this purpose.

Hard or soft foam are ideal for multi-part packaging projects and for perfect transport protection of valuable components. This packaging insert consists of a foam frame including separate compartments. The packaging solution is supplemented by square foam blocks that can be used for various purposes.

This rectangular separator insert made of polyethylene foam is extremely lightweight and reusable. The separating compartments ensure correct and non-slip insertion of the components. We produce perforated foam inlays made of polyethylene foam, pictured here. The light but robust foam material ensures the stability of the inlay while separating and protecting the corresponding machined or milled parts. A PE perforated inlay can also be combined with our other packaging products, for example in multi-use small load carriers or plastic containers.

We offer individual foam inserts for special applications, for example in combination with plastic containers. In the picture example, a lattice compartment structure was used for safe packaging of high-quality products. This effectively prevents vibrations, shocks, impacts. In the reusable system, standard or special sizes are available from us.

We use first-class polyethylene foam inserts in order to provide our customers' products with the highest level of convenience and safety. The square 6-compartment inlay is made of extremely rigid and robust PE foam which assures a long usage cycle along with safety in securing your product. These inserts are the preferred option for sample and product cases, tool cabinets and containers used in the logistics sector.

PE foam inlays are ideal for use in transport containers but can also be easily placed in laboratory drawers or cabinets. This ESD foam (pink) with its anti-static coating is suitable for optimal protection of sensitive electronic components. The polyethylene foam can be easily contoured to easily accommodate complex shapes or openings for products of various shapes including round products. A further advantage is that the matrix structure of the material behaves in a highly energy-absorbing manner in the event of impacts.

Our polyethylene foam can be shaped to match complicated product contours with precise CNC technology, accurately detailed at low cost. Safe transport is guaranteed due to the excellent shock-absorbing properties of the PE foam, especially when used along with sturdy plastic containers.

Our customized inlays made of polyethylene foam (PE) are primarily manufactured for presentation purposes, transport protection or for organizational purposes - for example, for tools in work cabinets. PE is a high-quality rigid foam with a velvety, soft micro-porous surface that can be cost effectively and quickly produced in both small and large quantities.

Solid board divider inlays are cross-connectors that link individual compartments together. The main purpose of a divider is to separate parts from each other and at the same time protect them from abrasion and scratching. It also effectively prevents individual components from slipping. Particularly in the automotive industry, it is impossible to imagine life without this type of divider packaging.

This practical drawer box is a two-part packaging solution consisting of a case made of solid cardboard and a corresponding drawer made of single wall corrugated cardboard. This packaging solution includes a contoured polyethylene foam insert with top and bottom panels. Specific designs or text can be applied to the exterior of the box giving this packaging solution a very elegant and sophisticated look.

A triple wall corrugated cardboard box consists of an inner and an outer cover, between which three flutes are separated by thin paper sheets. The extremely sturdy and resistant inlays can be optimally used as cushion packaging with cutouts, as they optimally hold the products in place and have a very good shock-absorbing effect.

The lightweight thermoplastic foam (EPP) consists of a closed-cell material which has a high structural strength. This ensures excellent energy absorption and high temperature resistance. When used as a packaging material, the durable particle foam can be optimally processed and adapted to the most complicated product shapes.

On request, pictograms, logos or lettering can be incorporated into the foam.

We usually use EPP particle foam inlays for customized transport packaging, which must be resistant and lightweight. Especially for high-quality and sensitive products, customized packaging is indispensable to meet the high demands of shipping and to avoid damage in transit. The cushion inlays are declared as reusable packaging, as they have to endure several production cycles.

A customized divider made of gray cardboard is used for the safe separation of individual parts inside the appropriate outer corrugated cardboard box. This packaging set consisting of practical telescope boxes, offers sufficient stability as well as optimal product protection against scratching or breaking during transport. The products vary in length, but can be easily and quickly removed.

This standardized thermoformed polystyrene tray is conductive and also features integrated notches for better handling. A total of 100 cavities provide space for small components. The external dimensions are: 330 x 242 x 43 mm (L x W x H).

Thanks to many years of experience and a great deal of know-how, we design cost-effective and individual foam packaging for customers from a wide range of industries. This white hinged lid box made of corrugated cardboard is usually produced according to FEFCO standard and is primarily intended for the transportation of small and medium-sized products. The special structure of the lid, whose side flaps are inserted into the bottom part when closed, automatically creates a double wall, which gives the box excellent cushioning, stability and sturdiness.

This customized tool inlay made of PE foam is used to hold diamond cutting discs. Due to the square shape, the foam inlay fits perfectly into the outer box and the finger holes on the sides make it easy to remove the product.

For the transport of high-quality printed circuit boards etc., we recommend ESD protective packaging, as this is able to compensate electrostatic charges in the best possible way. We primarily use ESD foam inlays (PE), whose properties prevent static charges. An example for this is grounding by simply touching the board during the unpacking process, which would result in a damaging discharge.

Products are safely and clearly arranged in DE-PACK foam inlays. The cross-linked PE foam is particularly characterized by the fine, regular and closed cell structure, in a sense a three-dimensional network through which an extremely soft and smooth surface is created. The picture shows PE foam side cushions with a bottom inlay, which was made to hold glass panes. Therefore, material at risk of breakage is excellently protected during transport.

Upon request, we offer individual packaging solutions made of PE foam according to your specifications. PE foams can be produced true to size and contour. For examples as inlays for containers or outer boxes. This way, they ensure a secure hold for your products. Due to the soft material and the smooth surface, damage or scratches can be eliminated.

Single layer PE foam sheet (milled) with a blue colored base is also known as a shadowboard. Due to the color differentiation, missing parts can be quickly identified and you can see very easily whether everything is in place. The PE foam inlays are intended for the drawers of tool cabinets or cases. But can also be used for presentation packaging.

Glass is one of the most fragile packaging products. With individually designed PU foam contour parts, glass products are securely stored in foam cushions during transport.

DE-PACK offers customized PE foam inlays with twin-wall sheet dividers. The foam inlays, including twin-wall sheet dividers, are intended for storage containers, boxes, tool cabinets or cases, for example.

The twin-wall sheet inlays serve as intermediate layers when transporting several components in one box and can of course be customized by DE-PACK.

DE-PACK small load carriers can be equipped with various inlays made of a wide variety of materials, depending on the requirements. In this case, the small load carrier is equipped with a twin-wall sheet inlay which consists of a bottom and a partition wall.
